I have no words to describe how much I love these images - so no chatting from me. I can hardly wait to show you. Christy, you are breathtakingly beautiful and as radiant as any Mommy-to-be could ever be.

You'll notice that my post-processing is a little different on all of these - I'm all about variety. Hmmmm. Maybe I wouldn't be working at 2:00 a.m. with about 4 more hours to go if I would just keep it simple. Nah. Simple = boring in my photography world. :)
I had such a fantastic time with Christy and her husband - they (especially HIM) had me in stitches. We laughed and laughed and laughed. In the below image, Doug said something that cracked Christy up. I took the shot at just the right second. He was probably making reference to the crazy photographer girl lying in the grass, crawling around, coming very close multiple times to having her elbow in dog doodie. We didn't know that we would be outside (unpredictable weather, you know) so they didn't get a chance to clear the yard of doggie landmines. I survived with no dog doodie anywhere on my person. Good thing. I don't get paid enough for that. :)

Mmmmmmm, feeling the love in this next one. Love it.
So, this next one was Christy's idea. It's one of my favorites. I won't let you in on what the 3 of us had to do to get this image. I'll just tell you that it involved crazy photographer girl waaaaay up high, straddling a ladder. It gets even better than that - but shhhhhh....I must keep it our little secret. I'll just say this - let's hope the neighbors weren't peeking out their window. :)
Last one - I so love this one. My favorite part - the picture in the background that is hanging on the wall is from their wedding day. I'm all about symbolism. And all sorts of emotions that some photos evoke. I think that this is one of those photos...
Enjoy Christy and Doug - baby Hunter is a fortunate little boy to have such wonderful parents - and I mean that completely. XOXO
